My husband and I are considering adopting a puppy. We have only ever owned adult dogs. Can you give me some good tools and resources for training the puppy? Thank you.

I have a 4 weeks old St Bernard puppy and she is not really enough time to start training, but I was wondering what is a good age to start? The reason I train a puppy is 4 weeks old because the mother did not draw no milk, and the puppies had to be bottle fed. We took her to the vet and okayed her to start eating hard foods because it has weakened almost all teeth.
